Mickey Fishman

Spent his early years as a champion swimmer. Most remembered as the star baseball pitcher for the University of Michigan. In 1942 led Michigan to the Big Ten title and pitched a nearly perfect game against Northwestern on the way to that title. When his athletic career ended he spent 25 years operating Camp Michigama where hundreds of boys and girls learned the discipline of participating in athletics. Inducted in 1998
